starting one in the public area so i can send folks a link instead of pics. one of the new angels. And someone, if you see this, that is not ich or any parasite that I have been able to treat or discern what it is. He was a dime size baby and is now 50 cent piece and living with some others in my quarantine tank.

Saw that pic in the other thread. I can see how you might have thought it was Ick considering how small the fish is. Looks to me to be as you say, a color variation. Nice fish.

yeah i even took him out and poured blue on him while holding him in my hand. Apparently if it was a parasite it would have stained, which it did not.

well, got rid of the 55 since I don't work form home and am really not in my office and was not taking care of it. On of my otherwise heathy just up and died on me one morning so I moved the other down to AC's tank and turns our the sexing is right and they are spawning. They won't service in a community tank but fun to watch.
So i have turned my 20 into a shrimp tank. Little red ones. They are supposed to breed like rabbits so my 20 i got should be a thousand in about 8 months. I'll use them as live food for AC's angels. I almost never have to feed them as long as I have a heathy tank doing what healthy tanks do. One dome size flake of food is supposed to beenough for 100 shrimps.
