i managed thru...
cowfish has a hard body, like an ant. Only small part of the tail and side fins are the only means of propulstion. Here is a slightly different species but you'll get the idea

we used the sand perch (mostly) to make the tacos. sour cream, crumbly cheese, two filets, some heirloom tomatoes, lime and lettuce. not bad.
