this is a weed. A nasty weed. A nasty weed with nasty thorns. pretty flowers, the whole spread is only a couple inches wide.

i guess it is because they were litter mates and had to doo it inside, but they sleep 'match' most of the time - even on separate ends of the sofa. Or they lie down perfectly matched. or this...

Tough year for our garden. Cold spring followed by hot dry. The birds have taken 80% of the tomatoes. Just as they start to turn red, they come along and peck at them. Finally got around to putting bird netting around them. Problem solved.
The wife and I tried to get a look at that comet. Seems as though a cloud cover would move in every night.
